From registration to a working record

Register
Create an account as a company or as an individual professional. Browsing is open immediately.

Get verified
Upload your registration and licence documents. A verification officer reviews them and approves the organization. Verification is what unlocks transacting.

Find what you need
Tenders you can bid for, suppliers who stock what you buy, plant for hire, and people to do the work.

Transact
Run a tender or a quotation request, compare what comes back, and award it. Payment is arranged directly between the parties and recorded against the order.

Deliver and record
Run the project against milestones, submittals, RFIs and inspections, so the record of what happened exists when someone asks for it.

Reviewed by a person
Company registration and licence documents are reviewed by a verification officer before an organization can transact. Decisions are recorded and cannot be quietly rewritten.

Verification unlocks transacting, not browsing
Anyone can register and look around. Publishing a tender, bidding, quoting, hiring or running a project requires an approved organization.

Sealed until close
Bids cannot be opened before the tender closes, and sealed quotations stay hidden until the deadline. The platform enforces it rather than trusting everyone to behave.

Permission and scope
Every action checks both what your role permits and whether the record is yours. Nobody sees another organization’s bids, quotations or project documents.

Refusals are recorded, not just approvals
Every refused request is written down: who tried it, what they tried, and when. Approvals carry their author and their reason and cannot be quietly rewritten. Document versions are kept with a checksum, so an approved drawing cannot be silently swapped.
