Every operational record should show its status, deadline, next action, owner and evidence.

- Your payment never passes through us
Getting started
Registering and verifying
What does it cost?
Registering, browsing and building a profile are free. Commercial terms for businesses have not been finalised and will be published here before they apply.
How long does verification take?
A verification officer reviews your documents by hand, so it depends on the queue and on whether what you uploaded is legible. You are told either way, and a rejection says what was wrong so you can fix it.
Can I use the platform before I am verified?
Yes, for browsing. Publishing a tender, bidding, quoting, hiring or running a project all require an approved organization.
Do I need a company?
No. Individuals register as professionals, build a profile with skills and credentials, and apply for work.
Money and trust
How transacting works
Does Construction Link hold my money?
No, and this is worth being precise about. Payment is arranged directly between buyer and supplier and recorded against the order with proof attached. Your money never passes through the platform, and the platform cannot hold or release it.
Are quotations really sealed?
Where a request is marked sealed, no quotation can be read by anyone until the deadline passes — including by the buyer who raised it. The platform refuses it rather than relying on good behaviour.
Is verification checked against a government registry?
Not automatically. A person reviews the documents you upload. Automated checks against national registries are a later phase and this page will say so when it changes.
Can a supplier delete a bad review?
No. Reviews are moderated by the platform, never by either trading party, and moderation hides a review with a recorded reason rather than deleting it.
