What we hold, and why
Plain language rather than a wall of clauses. This describes how the platform actually behaves, which is the only version worth publishing.
Construction Link principle
Every operational record should show its status, deadline, next action, owner and evidence.
- Access is logged
- Documents are versioned
- We do not sell your data
What we hold
The information on the platform
Your account
Name, phone number, and an email if you gave one. A password, stored hashed, never in the clear.
Your organization
Registration details and the documents you upload for verification. These are held so a verification officer can review them and so a decision can be evidenced later.
What you do here
Tenders, quotations, orders, projects and messages — the records of the business you transact through the platform.
Access records
Who opened which document and when, including access that was refused. This is what makes a dispute resolvable.
Who sees it
And who does not
Sees it
Narrowly, and by role.
- People in your own organization, according to their role
- The other party to a transaction you entered into with them
- Members of a project team you were added to
- Verification and finance officers, for records they are reviewing
Does not
By design, not by policy.
- Other bidders on the same tender
- Other suppliers quoting the same request
- Anyone outside a project you are not on
- Advertisers and data brokers — we do not sell or rent any of it
Good to know
This page will grow
A full privacy notice, including retention periods and how to request your data, is being prepared with the client before launch. This page describes how the platform behaves today and is not yet a complete legal notice.
